At Today Rent Bike, we want your riding experience in Bali to be safe, smooth, and enjoyable. To ensure clarity and fairness for both parties, please take a moment to review our Terms & Conditions before confirming your booking. These guidelines explain what’s included in your rental, your responsibilities as a rider, and how we can best support you during your journey across the island.

1. General Requirements

  • All renters must present a valid motorcycle driving license (International or local SIM C).
  • Minimum renter age: 18 years old.
  • Passport or valid ID must be shown upon booking or delivery.

2. Rental Duration & Extensions

  • Rental time is calculated on a 24-hour basis.
  • Late return will be charged an overtime fee per hour.
  • Extensions are possible upon request and subject to vehicle availability.

3. Payment & Deposit

  • Full payment must be made at the start of the rental period.
  • For most scooters, no deposit is required. Some larger units (premium/maxi scooters) may require a refundable deposit.
  • Accepted payments: cash, bank transfer, or e-wallets (details provided during booking).

4. Vehicle Use

  • The scooter must only be driven by the registered renter.
  • Use of the scooter for illegal activities, racing, or off-road riding is strictly prohibited.
  • Renters must follow all Indonesian traffic laws.

5. Fuel Policy

  • Scooters are delivered with at least ¼ fuel tank.
  • Renters are responsible for refueling during the rental period.
  • No fuel refund is provided upon return.

6. Insurance & Responsibility

  • Basic rental does not include insurance. Renters are fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss unless optional insurance is purchased.
  • Optional damage and theft insurance is available at extra cost.
  • In the event of an accident, the renter must notify Today Rent Bike immediately.

7. Breakdown & Assistance

  • Today Rent Bike provides road assistance during the rental period.
  • If a scooter cannot be repaired on-site, a replacement vehicle will be provided (subject to availability).

8. Delivery & Collection

  • Free delivery is available to most areas in Bali.
  • Extra charges apply for delivery to remote or far areas.
  • Scooters must be returned to the agreed location at the end of the rental.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation if made at least 24 hours before delivery.
  • No refunds for early returns.
  • Refunds are processed in the same payment method used for booking.

10. Liability & Safety

  • Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times.
  • Renters are liable for traffic fines, penalties, or towing fees during the rental period.
  • Today Rent Bike is not responsible for personal injury, loss of belongings, or accidents resulting from negligence.

Everything you need to know before renting a motorbike with Today Rent Bike.

It’s very simple! You can contact us directly via WhatsApp or fill out the booking form on our website. Choose your bike, set the rental dates, and we will deliver the motorbike to your location on time.

You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C or international license), and show your passport or ID card. A small deposit is also required as a rental guarantee.

Yes! Today Rent Bike provides free delivery and pick-up service for selected areas in Bali. We can also deliver the bike to Ngurah Rai Airport, your hotel, or villa. Please contact our team for more details about the service area.

The rental price includes your chosen motorbike, 2 helmets, a raincoat, and free delivery service (for selected areas). Fuel is the responsibility of the renter.

If you return the bike later than agreed, an overtime charge of 10% of the daily rental rate per hour will apply. If the delay is more than 5 hours, it will be counted as an additional full day rental.

Yes, we provide optional insurance for extra protection during your rental period. Please let us know if you would like to add insurance when making your booking.
